Instructions for accessing FOSTER training

Before you access the training, please register and provide your details using this form

New User Registration Form

To access the training you will need to do the following:

1. Click here to open up the login page for WFP’s training platform WeLearn
2. Click “Register Me” to open the registration form.
3. 
4. Register your user details and submit the form – for Organisation Type >select> “Audit Company"
   
5. Wait for your enrollment email (check your junk email if you do not receive it)
6. Click on the link the enrolment email to activate the enrolment
   1. (you may need to wait up to 24hrs for the enrollment to complete)
      
7. Click here to access the FOSTER Learning Channel on WeLearn, using the WeLearn login page. (type in your user credentials and click “No WFP Login”) 
   1. DO NOT CLICK “LOGIN INTO WELEARN” – This is WFP only
      
8. Navigate to the section “FOSTER Training Modules”
9. Click on the training box “Audits Training for External Auditors”
   
10. Begin your training and complete the training activities provided
11. Once you have completed the training, please:
    1. Download your certificate of completion and submit it using the this form
    2. Fill in out the end-of-training survey so we can improve our training approach and resources

Important things to note:

• The total training time for the mandatory activities is estimated at 1.5-2 hrs
• Transcripts for each video are available to download at the end of each step
• Your training progress is saved automatically – so you can logout and login again at any point to access the training
• The training modules will still be available after you have completed the course – in case you need to refer back to the materials
• The FOSTER Learning Channel contains a link to the FOSTER system – this link will not work currently and your user profiles will not be setup until training is completed
