Reporting Additional qualitative analysis test results

In case additional qualitative tests were requested by WFP in the contract then the following steps must be undertaken.

• Navigate to the “Add Additional Test Results” sub form.
• Under the "Choose Category of Analysis" (text box with radio buttons) click on "Non-Quantitative Specification Details" and the following sub form will pop up.

• Enter the Analysis Name, Requirements, Type of Analysis, Analysis code (if applicable) and Method.
• Click on "Insert Record" button.
• Once the button is clicked the record will be automatically added to the qualitative results sub form and you will be redirected to the "Qualitative Analysis Results" sub form.

Focus on empty weight of packaging material

  • The IC should open the ILA where the packaging inspection results need to be recorded.
  • The IC should navigate in the section Add Additional Test Results.
  • The IC should select Quantitative Specification Details in the category.
  • The IC should select the Analytical Test Parameter of the packaging.
  • The IC should input Min and Max values and Unit*
  • The IC should click the "Insert Record" button.
  • After the test is inserted in Quantitative Analysis Results section, the IC should insert the actual result of the packaging parameter(recommended to measure weight of 3 items and insert the average), and the uncertainty of the test.
  • After inputting the data click save.

If the min and max weight are not given in the table above, please enter a +/- 10g compared with the actual value measured.
