Final Inspection Reports should be uploaded to FOSTER on the Master Inspection Record, when they are in final draft
1. Important points to note
- Uploading of reports in foster in the MIR is done for tracking & performance monitoring purposes, but is an essential requirement
- Only final drafts of reports should be uploaded, in PDF format
- Include a sensible title for the report - including the following pieces of information:
- Tender Number
- Report number/Reference Number
- Inspected quantity covered by the report
- After reports are uploaded and all ILAs are cleared and completed by WFP - you MUST send the MIR to the "Evaluation" phase for completion by WFP
