Final Inspection Reports should be uploaded to FOSTER on the Master Inspection Record, when they are in final draft

1. Important points to note

Uploading of reports in foster in the MIR is done for tracking & performance monitoring purposes, but is an essential requirement
Only final drafts of reports should be uploaded, in PDF format
Include a sensible title for the report - including the following pieces of information:
- Tender Number
- Report number/Reference Number
- Inspected quantity covered by the report
After reports are uploaded and all ILAs are cleared and completed by WFP - you MUST send the MIR to the "Evaluation" phase for completion by WFP
