Upon receiving notification of approved specifications from Specification Approval, open PSM module and navigate to Unpublished Views. The following steps are required to publishing approved specifications to Godocs.

• Click Unpublished Approved Packaging Specifications.

• Click on the approved specification from the list.

• Click on Edit all fields

• Navigate to and click on Publication and Communication
• If there is an existing link for specification on Godocs, Mark Does Godocs Document already exist for the Specification and type Godocs number into Godocs Document No field.
• Unmark Published? and mark Saved Manually?.
• Click Save and Close.
