      After Internal review and Procurement review phases are completed, the specification is moved back to Draft Phase.

      Specification owner is now requested to send the specification to the Final Review phase of the process and to finalize the Approval Slipsheet, if not completed yet.

      1. After sending the specification to the Final Review Phase, review the specification content, making the final amendments if required.
      2. Finalize the Approval Slipsheet (see Completing the slipsheet section for additional guidance).
      3. Send the specification to Endorsement/Approval phase.
